The office is located in Frankfurt am Main or optionally in Munich. Tasks are to be carried out throughout Germany. The use of a company car, rental car or private car is possible.
The engineering and architecture office SGE deals with energy issues and renovations that increase energy efficiency and comfort while protecting the environment and reducing operating expenses.

Your tasks

• Management of architectural and engineering firms involved in the construction process
• Responsible project management and project implementation/construction management of new buildings, conversions, and extensions
• Processing building maintenance measures, including determining requirements and costs
• Preparing, checking and evaluating tender documents in accordance with VOB, VHB
• Budget responsibility, cost control, schedule control, quality assurance
• Construction-related coordination with building users, clients, inspectors and experts, appraisers and specialists
• Reporting and construction-related advice to inform the management level
